Returns
We follow a stringent quality check and take a lot of care in delivering you products of highest quality. We highly recommend you refer to the garment measurements and the sizing chart before placing the order. You can also reach out to us for any questions on getting the size and fit right.

We ensure that the pictures and colours depicted are as accurate as possible. However, natural light conditions when taking the pictures outdoors or varying settings or qualities of the device and its screen light can sometimes impact how the colours appear.
However, if you are unhappy with the product, you can inform us within 2 days of receiving the order and we will provide an exchange. After the return request is accepted, please make sure goods reach us within 7 working days.
Please note that the products returned must be in the same condition as delivered and must be sent back in the same packaging with the tags intact. The merchandise should be not be used or washed and must be in their original condition. Once these conditions are met, we'll be happy to process the exchange of your order, for a different size or anything else that you may choose.
The cost of shipping the order for return/exchange must be borne by the customer.
Plains will not be responsible for the loss of products sent by you and reserves the right to not accept the products incase the outer packaging is damaged, seal is broken or merchandise is used or damaged.
Please note that this return process cycle for an exchange is only possible once for each order. This exchange is also subject to the availability of the desired product and size. We are also happy to issue a credit note for the same amount that you can use within one year from date of issue. This credit note will be exclusive of the shipping charges that was paid on the original order.
Customised or personalised orders or those which are made specifically for the customer are not eligible for any return or exchange.
Products on sale are not eligible for a return or an exchange.
Incase of a faulty/ wrong product delivered, please write to us with images or other necessary details within 2 days of receiving the order. Any communication later than that will not be considered for a faulty/ wrong order.
Please note that returns and exchanges are not applicable on international orders.
We are, however, available for any assistance or questions to help you with your purchase at contact@plains.design.
All our products are made only upon order and specifically for a customer, therefore refunds are not available. Refunds will only be processed in case of an unfulfilled order.
Handspun, handwoven and hand dyed fabrics have small variations across in textures and colours. These irregularities are inherent qualities of fabrics that are made by human hands and should be cherished and not be considered as product defects.
